Obituary for Joe Wendell Ray
Joe Wendell Ray born August 21, 1952 in Conway, Arkansas to the late Ellis H. Ray and Lola Cornett Ray. He departed this life March 17, 2006 at his residence.   Joe was a 1970 graduate of Conway High School and worked in the construction industry, and served in the United States Army.He leaves to cherish his memory, Two Daughters- Shandra Ray and Amaris Ray, One Granddaughter- Danielle Ray Arnold, ex-wife- Eddie Knox Ray all of Little Rock, Arkansas; Three sisters- Vera M. Brooks of Kansas City, KS; Vada Ray Mosby and Lillie Patricia Green all of Conway, Arkansas. Three Brothers- James Ray, Bobby Ray and Benjamin Ray all of Conway, Arkansas.Funeral services will be Wednesday March 22, 2006 at 11:00a.m. at Mt. Sinai Church of God In Christ, 349 Hwy 365 South in Conway. Interment, Ray Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday March 21, 2006 from 6-7pm Larry G.
