Obituary for Lori R O'Neal
Lori Rae O’Neal of Dover passed away Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center at the age of 51.
Lori has been a baptized member of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 30 plus years. She worked in the field ministry and helped many come to an accurate knowledge of the truth about the Bible.
Lori worked as a Certified American Sign Language interpreter and a clerk/typist for the Russellville School District for 17 years.
She leaves behind her husband, David O’Neal Sr. of Dover; children, Rae Lynn Sullivan of Key West Fla., Michael David Van Ornum of Raleigh N.C., Chelsea Mae Van Ornum of Conway; a stepson, David O’Neal Jr., of Dover; her parents, Donald and Sheila Orton of Molalla, Ore.; four siblings, Debra Casarotto of Molalla, Ore., Kelly Di Pietro of Indiana, and Shelly Tassoul and Scott Orton of Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Orton.
Lori loved the outdoors and was an avid equine enthusiast. She is dearly missed by her extended family, friends and co-workers. All who knew her, loved her.
Memorial services will be 1pm Saturday January 15, 2011 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Russellville. She will be missed by extended family, many friends and co-workers. Arrangements entrusted to Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, Morrilton. "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED....WE CARE"
