Obituary for Charles Henry Kisner, Sr.
Charles Henry Kisner, Sr., 83, of Little Rock, Ar departed this life on Saturday, August 31, 2019. He was born on May 16, 1936 to the late Noah and Virgie Kisner in Leachville, Arkansas. Charles was a retired roofer and served in the US Marines. He loved fishing and family events.
He is preceded in death by his loving spouse, Delores Kisner. They were married 27 years when she passed. He is also preceded in death by two sons Ricky Clutter and Barry Kisner; three sisters Florence Rodgers, Virginia Austin and Imogene Koch; and three brothers Hank Kisner, John Kisner and Frank Kisner.
Charles is survived by two sons Charles (Crystal) Kisner, Jr. of Little Rock, Ar and James Kisner of Texas; daughter Bonnie Clutter of Little Rock; two grandchildren Charles (Nicole) Kisner III of Little Rock and Courtney Kisner of Little Rock, AR; three great grandchildren Brentley Kisner, Ayden Pfaffenberger and Gracie Pfaffenberger, all of Little Rock, AR; one brother Eric Kisner of Leachville, AR; two sisters Zelma Johnson of Jonesboro, Ar and Charlotte Marlow of Indianapolis, Indiana and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial services will be held 6:00 pm, Thursday, September 6, 2019 at the funeral home. Burial will follow 1:00 pm, Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, Ar.
