Mr. Elmer Lee Burks, 43, of Russellville, Ar went to be with the Lord November 15, 2018. He was born August 18, 1975 in California to the late Donnie Lee Burks, Sr. and Sandra M. McCravey. He was also preceded in death by his wife Diana L. Tibbs.
Elmer was survived by his brothers Donnie Lee Burks, Jr. of Conway, Phillip L. Burks of Greenbrier and Ronald F. Burks of Illinois.
