Obituary for Frances Anita Smith
Mrs. Frances Anita Smith, 54, of Marietta, Georgia departed this life on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. She was born March 30, 1963 in Chicago, IL. She graduated from Morrilton High School in 1981 and Respiratory Therapy School in 1985.
She worked as a Respiratory Therapist at Antelope Valley Hospital and Valley Presbyterian Hospital for almost 30 years.
She accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age and she was a former member of Zion Temple Church of God in Christ in Conway, Ar.
Frances is preceded in death by her father, Clarence Moore and grandparents Sylvester and Katherine Hammond.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband of 26 years, Kenneth E. Smith; one daughter, Kayla M. Smith; one son, Kenneth E. Smith, Jr.; mother Vatine Smith; four sisters, Sharon Boyd of Little Rock, AR; Latonya Payne and Peggy Blackwell, both of Morrilton, AR and Arlinda Blackwell of Conway, AR; In-Laws Tommy and Norma Smith of Lancaster, CA; five nephews, Christopher Moore, Jordan Boyd, Tyler English, Jymond English and Javin Tolbert; five nieces, Kena Payne, Angelicia Polk, Lanessa Payne, Lonisha Abrams and Ayanna Bell; four aunts, Louvenia (Louis) Terry, Patricia Kemp, Laura Hammond and Pauline Patton; two uncles Charles (Jamie) Hammond and Emil (Tina) Hammond and a host of great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Light of the World Church of God in Christ, 601 Wall Street, Morrilton, AR. Visitation 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Friday, October 6, 2017 at funeral home. Interment Bethlehem Cemetery in Solgohachia, AR.
