Mrs. Juanita Cook, 77, of Mayflower, AR departed this life on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. She was born April 6, 1944 in Helena, AR to the late Ernest Trotter Blaylock and Lillie Mae (Mixon) Blaylock.
She is survived by one daughter, Misty Cook of Mayflower, AR; five sons Shane Cook of Searcy, AR; Rusty Cook of Mayflower, AR and Christopher Cook, Scotty Cook and James Cook, all of England, AR; five sisters Lillie Bivens, Marie Barker, Earnestine Johnson, Betty Blaylock, and Thelma Blaylock; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
