Obituary for Dovye Woodard
Ms.Dovye "Ma" Woodard, 58, Conway, AR departed this life on Thursday, March 11, 2021. She was born in Morrilton, AR on November 15, 1962 to the late Johnny Q. and Verna Bell Fulcs.
Dovye confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Bethel AME in Bigelow, AR. She graduated from Bigelow High School and later attended the University of Central Arkansas.
Dovye worked as a Paraprofessional at Anne Watson Elementary School for over 17 years.
She enjoyed cooking, spending time with family and friends, and taking care of others.
Dovye leaves to cherish her memories to two daughters Felicia Woodard and CheRain Woodard, both of Conway, AR; one sister Doris Delph of Bigelow, AR; fiance’ Ronnie Howse of Conway, AR and two grandchildren Aariah Strickland and Kealin Woodard.
Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 am, Friday, March 19, 2021 at Bethel AME Church, 112 Bethel AME Road, Bigelow, AR. Visitation 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Thursday, March 18, 2021 at the funeral home. Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bigelow, AR.
