Obituary for Chester Ray Lee
Mr. Chester Ray Lee, 51, of Conway, Ar departed this life on Friday, January 7, 2017. He was born on February 11, 1965 to the late James Albert Lee, Sr. and Willie Mae Chaney Lee in Winchester, AR.

Chester went to Dumas High School and graduated in 1983. Shortly after graduation, he moved to Omaha, NE where he joined the Army Reserve. After moving back to Dumas, he switched to the Army National Guard and gained employment with Beldens. Chester moved to Conway, Ar in 2001 where he was employed with Tokusen for ten years until forced to take an early retirement due to health reasons. Chester was dearly loved by his family and many loyal caring friends.

He was that person who always looked at the brighter side of situations. He loved his family and never wanted them to argue but to love one another and always be close. He never missed an opportunity to come home and compete with the family in their games. His mild manners made him a likable person and it was this character that he possessed that made him a "forgiving" individual.

He is preceded in death by two sisters, Annie Jean Burton and Mary Lee; and one brother, Arthur Lee.

Chester leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Elokechia Lee; two sons, Jakarre Miles-Lee and Brandon Lee; three daughters, Jakyra Lee and Jakayla Lee, all of Conway, Ar; LaQuita Henderson of Hot Springs, AR; one granddaughter, Gabrielle Miles of Conway, AR; five brothers, Willie Holmes of San Diego, CA; J.C. Dew of Oceanside, CA; James A. Lee, Jr. and Roy Lee, both of Mitchellville, AR and Levon (Terry) Lee of Pine Bluff, AR; three sisters, Josephine Appleberry of Phoenix, AZ; Rosie (Lee) Lacy of Dumas, AR and Cynthia Brown of Pine Bluff, AR; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and close friends.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 14, 2017 at St. Peter's Rock Church, 100 S. Cherry Street, Dumas, AR. Visitation 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Friday, January 13, 2016 at the funeral home. Visitation 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the church. Interment Loggy Bayou Cemetery, Hwy 65, Tillar, AR.

Services entrusted to Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, 910 Walnut Street, Conway, Ar. "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED...WE CARE."
