He is preceded in death by his father Willie Stigall, Sr; mother Arvester Bailey Stigall; sister Mary Coleman; brothers Andrew Stigall, Kevin Stigall, Robert Stigall and one grandson, Brandon Brooks.
In Brinkley, Willie attended church where he found Christ at a young age. He graduated from Brinkley High School. Willie gave fourteen years of his life to the US Air Force, where he was honorably discharged in June 1995. Willie’s last job of employment was with the VA Hospital of Little Rock where he worked his last ten years and retired July 2019.
Willie’s most favorable hobby was cooking. He loved for people to enjoy his cooking. He put his all into it. That was his passion.
Willie leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife Doris Stigall of Sherwood, AR; one daughter Katina Stigall of Little Rock, AR; one son Corey Stigall of Alexander, AR; two grandsons Elandis Walker and Torey Stigall; four granddaughters Tiayrah Stigall, Tatyana Sigler, TaMya Stigall and Keira Stigall; one great granddaughter Karrington Walker; one sister Debra Stigall of Conway, AR; two brothers Carl Stigall of Fayetteville, AR and Gregory Stigall of Muskegon, MI; and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, October 9, 2021 at The Mercy Church, 8705 Scott Hamilton Drive, Little Rock, AR. Visitation 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Friday, October 8, 2021 at the funeral home. Interment 12:00 noon, Monday, October 11, 2021 at AR State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Avenue, Sherwood, AR. Face masks required.
