Willie Mae Justice, 62, Little Rock departed this life December 12, 2009. She was born to the late Henry Perkins, Sr. and Lessie Blake Perkins in Hope, Arkansas. She was a former employee of the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences for 17 years as a dietician. She was a member of the Holy Cross Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brother Henry Perkins, Jr.

Lewis Justice, Jr., Little Rock; One Sister, Ethel Creggett (John), Little Rock; One Brother, Ralph Perkins, Sierra Vista, AZ; Two Sons, John Ootsey and Ray Ootsey of Seattle, WA; Niece, Angela Littrell (Corey), Little Rock; Two step-sons, Ricky Justice, Monroe, LA; Keith Justice, Mt. Clemmons, MI; 11 Grandchildren, One Great-grandchild host of dear relatives and friends.
Funeral services 11am Saturday Holy Cross Missionary Baptist Church 4800 West 12th Street, Little Rock. Interment Haven of Rest Cemetery. Visitation Friday 6-8pm Holy Cross Missionary Baptist Church.
