Mr. William Rains, 80, of Perryville, AR departed this life on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. He was born July 10, 1941 in Dover, AR to the late Willis Rains and Geneva (Braggs) Lay.
He is preceded in death by two sisters Nancy and Bobbie.
He is survived by his companion of 17 years Margaret Phillips of Perryville, AR; children daughter Debbie of Russellville, AR; Danny of Tampa, FL and David of Russellville, AR; two sisters Carol Taylor of Conway, AR and Cynthia Bonner of Temecula, CA; three grandsons Ely Keeling, Patrick Rains and Daniel Rains; one granddaughter Carolena Rains and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Private family services will be held in Leslie, AR.
