Obituary for Shelia McNeill Parker
Mrs. Shelia McNeill Parker, 67, of Little Rock, AR departed this life on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. She was born April 7, 1953 in Durham, North Carolina to the late John H. McNeil and Artelia Wilson.
She graduated from Jacksonville High and later attended Pulaski Technical College where she attained several degrees.
She confessed her faith at an early age.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James H. Wilson; brother John H. McNeil, Jr. and granddaughter Trillus Smith.
She leaves to mourn her passing four sons Byron Jenkins, Shane Crutchfield, Shawn Crutchfield and Emmett Parker, Jr.; two daughters Mozella (Tyree) Price and Ambera Parker; two brothers Calvin McNeil and Charles (Glenda) McNeil; four sisters Shirley Davis, Carolyn (Ralph) Bymon, Dorothy Wilson and LaDaris (Chester) Jefferson. She was well known as Me-Me to all of her thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren, whom she loved beyond measure, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A Walk-Thru Visitation will be held 12:00 pm -1:30 pm, Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 800 Page Mill Road, North Little Rock, AR followed by burial at Arkansas Memorial Gardens, 8507 Jacksonville Hwy, North Little Rock, AR.
