Obituary for Sebon Joshua (S.J.) Jenkins
Mr. Sebon Joshua (S.J.) Jenkins, 97, of Springfield, AR, departed this life June 27, 2013. He was born January 9, 1916 to the late Robert and Martha (Wesley) Jenkins in Springfield, AR. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and four siblings. 
S.J. began his life with Christ at an early age when he joined Holly Springs Baptist Church. He was a faithful member until his death. S.J. was married to Pearlie Criswell Jenkins for 64 years. 
S.J. leaves to cherish his memory, one sister, Anna Lee Spearman; nieces Albessie Thompson, Edith (Columbus) Brown; Martha Smith and Cheryl (Johnny) Tyson; goddaughter Ann Wade; nephews Theodis Thompson, Felix (Janette) Thompson and Daryl Spearman. 

 

 
Funeral services will be held 11 am Friday, July 5, 2013 at Holly Springs Baptist Church, 103 Wild Turkey Road, Holly Spring, AR. Visitation one hour prior to services. Interment Holly Springs Cemetery.
