Obituary for Scipio Stubbs
Mr. Scipio Stubbs, 77 of Mayflower, departed this life Friday September 12, 2008.  Born to the late John Stubbs, Sr. and Iona Noble Stubbs in Mayflower, Arkansas. Mr. Stubbs worked for many years as an equipment operator / construction.
He leaves to cherish his memory Five Sons - Roy Stubbs and Scipio Stubbs, Jr of Los Angeles, CA; Kent Stubbs, Langtry Stubbs and Corrado Stubbs of Mayflower; Six Daughters - Ruby Garth, Helen Fuller, Patricia Stubbs, Wyvone Fuller, Debora Grigsby and Phyllis Stubbs all of Mayflower; One brother - Agee Stubbs, Conway; 33 Grandchildren, 29 Great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 11am Saturday September 20, 2008 at Palarm Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Mayflower. Interment Palarm Chapel Cemetery. Visitation 1-6pm Friday at Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, Conway. "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED...... WE CARE".
