Obituary for Rose Ida Piggee
Mrs. Rose Ida Cobin Piggee, 85, of Conway, departed this life August 8, 2012 in Conway, Ar. She was born in Damascus, Arkansas on October 21, 1926 to the late Rev. William Cobin and Aberilla Dillard Cobin. She is preceded in death by her children Evelyn G. Smith, George L. Piggee, Leonard Piggee, May Dean Piggee, and Willie C. Piggee.
She was a member of Zion Temple Church of God In Christ.
She is survived by her husband Mose Piggee; four daughters Ida L. Gardner of Dallas, Georgia, Judith A. Piggee and Mary Lou Barnes, both of Conway Arkansas, and Arilla Pore of Detroit, Michigan and several grandchildren.
The funeral services will be 11 am Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at Zion Temple Christ of God in Christ, 1272 Sutton Street, Conway, AR. Vistation 7-8 pm Monday, August 13, 2012 at the funeral home. Interment Salem Cemetery, Conway. Arrangements entrusted to Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, 910 Walnut Street, Conway. "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED...WE CARE."
