Obituary for Robert F. Nelson
Robert F. Nelson 72 Maumelle succumed to cancer on July 24,2007. Born in Watertown, WI to Edwin and Margaret Nelson July 3, 1936. He was preceeded in death by his parents and beloved wife Phyllis Nelson.  Survivors, his daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Steve Shepley, Maumelle. Grandaughters, Hannah Decker, Courtney Kuykendall, Rebecca Rush and Elizabeth Shepley also of Maumelle. Brother, Don Nelson of Califormia and Wife Cathy. Sisters, Judy Nelson, Betty and husband James Waegner. Brother Butch and wife Grace all of Wisconsin.  After ten years in the Air Force he became involved in the computer industry in which he stayed until retirement. He had many hobbies, Nascar being his favorite and was a friend to everyone whomever he met. Per his request there will be no service only a private scattering of his ashes by his family.  We would like to thank all of the staff at CARTI VA Hospital and Arkansas Hospice for all of your loving care and a special thanks to Mr. Larry Henry.  Arrangements entrusted to Larry G.
