Obituary for Rev. Elijah Maxwell
Rev. Elijah Maxwell, Sr., 88, of Little Rock, AR departed this life August 16, 2013. He was born on November 14, 1924 to the late George Willie and Patsy (Click) Maxwell in Winchester, AR. He was preceded in death by his parents and 13 siblings. 

He was a member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Scott, AR.
He is survived by his wife, Azzie L. Maxwell of Little Rock, AR; one daughter, Annette Hilliard-Duhart of Little Rock, AR; three sons, Elijah Maxwell, Jr., George W. Maxwell and Willis R. Maxwell, all of Little Rock, AR. 
Funeral services will be held 11 am, Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Rosedale Church of God in Christ, 4100 Ludwig Street, Little Rock, AR. Visitation 6-7 pm Wednesday at the church. Interment Ar Memorial Gardens, Jacksonville, AR.
Arrangements entrusted to Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, 8821 Colonel Glenn, Little Rock, AR. "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED...WE CARE."
