Obituary for Onita (Deany) Thomas Cowgill
Mrs. Onita D. "Deany" Thomas Cowgill, 43, of Conway, AR departed this life Tuesday, February 19, 2013. Â She was born to Rita Harper Thomas and the late Gerald Thomas on June 2, 1969 in Little Rock, AR. She is preceded in death by her father and a brother, Clifton Thomas.
Deany enjoyed cooking and couponing. She was employed by Conway Regional Medical Center.Â
She is survived by her husband, David Cowgill of Conway, AR; two daughters, Carlie Cowgill and Samantha Cowgill of Conway, AR; one son, David T. Cowgill of Conway, AR; mother, Rita Harper Thomas of Conway, AR; four brothers, Jeff and Jimmy Thomas, both of Kansas City, MO; Wesley Thomas of Fort Smith, AR and Jerry Thomas of Little Rock, AR; one sister, Cathy Henderson of Conway, AR; mother and father in law, Sam and Lydia Cowgill of Winchester, AR; a special grandmother-in-law, Ruby Morris and a host of other relatives and friends.Â
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Greater Pleasant Branch Baptist Church, 601 Spruce Street, Conway, AR. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway, AR.
