Mrs. Florence Louise Givan Armstrong, 94, of Conway, Ar departed this life on April 6, 2017.
She was born on October 6, 1922 in Conway, Ar to the late Robert and Hattie Beatrice Givan.
Florence Louise was married to Clifton Robert Armstrong for 52 years. To this loving union, 7 sons and 4 daughters were born.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Robert Armstrong and four sons, Cleo, Jerry, Milton and Clifton, Jr. Armstrong; one granddaughter, Debbie Frazier; her father and mother, 6 brothers and 2 sisters.
To mourn her passing, she leaves 3 sons and 4 daughters, Joe Armstrong of Las Vegas, NV; Raymond Armstrong of Fort Smith, AR; David (Betty) Armstrong of Conway, AR; Barbara (William) Thomas of Conway, AR; Danetta Beatty of Conway, Ar; Brenda (Roy) Easter of Fresno, CA; Loretta Armstrong of Conway, Ar; 25 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren; one brother, Nathaniel Givan; one sister, Annie Ruth Scott, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Christ Temple Holiness Church, 868 Willow Street, Conway, Ar. Visitation 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Friday, April 14, 2017 at the funeral home. Interment Robinson Cemetery in Conway, AR.
