Obituary for Michael Earl Holmes
Mr. Michael Earl Holmes, 64, of Little Rock, AR passed away peacefully on Friday, February 8, 2019 at home. He was born on August 12, 1954, in Dermott Arkansas, to the late Thelma Davis and the late Percy Holmes.
He was a graduate of Dermott High School in 1972 and was a member of the United States Army. He married Sherrill Lamb-Holmes February 17, 1976. He was a loveable, compassionate person that lived life to the fullest.
He is survived by his five children, Kevin Allen Holmes, Kelly Eugene Holmes, Juba Sababu Holmes, Jelani Akila Holmes, and Jabari Aki Holmes. He also left behind one-great grandchild, many grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Celebration of Life memorial service will be held 10:00 am, Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the funeral home.
