Mr. Melvin D. Perkins, Jr., 57, of North Little Rock, AR departed this life Tuesday, October 5, 2021. He was born November 15, 1963 in New Orleans, LA to the late Melvin Douglas Perkins, Sr. and Lois Marie Wagner-Perkins.
He is survived by one son Melvin D. Wiltz; one daughter Teara Wiltz Tyler; one brother Marvin (Aretha) Perkins, all of New Orleans, CA. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
