Melody Rochelle Simmons 37 of Conway departed this life November 20, 2008. Born to Fred Simmons, Jr. and Lorraine Causey September 30, 1971 in Conway. She was employed with Wal - Mart Supercenter as an Assistant Store Manager for 14 years and a faithful member of the Solomon Grove Missionary Baptist Church where she served as Choir Director and Church Secretary. Survivors include, Daughter - Candace Simmons - Hickman of Conway; Parents, Lorraine & L.C. Causey, Twin Groves; Fred & Joyce Simmons of Conway; Two Brothers - Boris Horton, Conway; Gary Simmons, Twin Groves; Two Sisters - Cheryl Tims & Rhonda Causey of Conway.
Funeral services will be 12 noon Saturday at Church Alive 1205 Hwy 65 North Conway. Interment Solomon Grove Cemetery. Visitation Friday 6-7pm Solomon Grove Baptist Church, Twin Groves. Arrangements Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, Conway. "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED...... WE CARE".
