Mary Sockwell Zinamon, 58, of Norman, OK, departed this life November 17, 2012 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born on August 3, 1954 to the late Enree Sockwell and Isabell (Pitts) Sockwell in Camden, AR. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, John Sockwell, sisters Sylvia Cooper, Sharon Cooper, and Ernestine Morris, and her husband Joey Zinamon.
She worked for AT&T as a customer service rep for over 26 years. She graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a bachelor’s degree.Â
She is survived by a son, Michael Zinamon of Norman, OK; four sisters, Pamela Sockwell of Chidester, AR; Flora Smith of Camden, AR; Gail Cooper of Detroit, MI; Ernestine McReddy of Jonesboro, AR and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 11 am Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Full Councel Christian Fellowship, 1700 Maple Street, North Little Rock. Visitation 6-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment Elmlawn Cemetery, Little Rock. Services entrusted to Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, 8821 Colonel Glenn, Little Rock. Â "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED....WE CARE."
