Obituary for Margie Marie Clark-Williams
Mrs. Margie Marie Clark-Williams was born June 1, 1943 to the late Sammy and Orene Clark in Springfield, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by loving parents and sisters: Jennie Warren and Carolyn Clark; brothers, Johnny C. Donald, Roosevelt and Sammy Clark. She is also preceded in death by sons: Willie James Jr. (Pokey) and Tony Lamond Harris.
She transitioned on December 9, 2022.
Margie received Christ and was baptized at an early age and joined the Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Plumerville, AR. She later joined the Church of Latter Day Saints in Morrilton, AR where she remained until her health prevailed. She worked at Virco Mfg and at Wards Bus Company.
She loved her family and loved to hang out with friends. She leaves to cherish her memory, a loving husband, Charles Williams of Morrilton, AR; one son, Lee (Flora) Harris of Sacramento, CA; three daughters, Bernadine Wright of Morrilton, AR, Paula Bell of Conway, AR, and Tina (Corvell) Weatherspoon of Kansas City, MO; three sisters, Rose Ann Clark of Detroit, MI, Dorothy Roebuck of Tulsa, OK and Helen Evans of Morrilton, AR; sister-in-love, Angie Bunn; three aunts, Alpha Mae Parker of North Little Rock, AR, Theosia Johnson and Paletha Washington of Springfield, AR; twelve grandkids, 21 great-grand kids, and one great-great grand child and a host of many families, friends and loved ones.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Friday, December 16, 2022 at Greater Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 728 Mt. Olive Road, Plumerville, AR. Visitation 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Thursday, December 15, 2022 at the funeral home. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery in Plumerville, AR.
