Obituary for Margaret Johnson
Mrs. Margaret Johnson, 73, of Little Rock, AR departed this life Tuesday, May 13, 2014. She was born to the late Esau and Maeola Foster Mitchell in Scott, AR on May 28, 1940. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Lester Johnson, Sr.
She is survived by two daughters, Wendy Johnson and Lynnise Wesley, both of Little Rock, AR; two sons, Lester Johnson, Jr. and Courtney Johnson, both of Little Rock, AR; mother in law,  Mamie Griffin of Little Rock, AR; two brothers, Leroy Mitchell of New York City and Elijah Mitchell of Little Rock, AR; four sisters, Ann Gilbert of Little Rock; Ola Williams Castaille of North Little Rock, AR; Bernestine Mitchell  and Gladys Taylor, both of New York City; nine grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 pm Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Greater Rose of Sharon Baptist Church, 2823 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, Little Rock, AR. Visitation 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm Friday, May 16, 2014 at the church. Interment Arkansas Memorial Gardens in North Little Rock, AR.Â
