Mr. Levern King, 59, of Little Rock departed this life Wednesday May 16, 2012.Â
He was born in Little Rock on July 17, 1952 to the late Rosie James King and Charles King. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Donnie James.
He is survived by his mother, Berdena James of North Little Rock; Two sons, Corey King and Samuel King, both of Little Rock; Three daughters, Romonda King, Shanese Potter, and Burnetta (Marcellis) Wilburn, all of Little Rock; Three brothers, Eugene (Nona) King of Conway, Dwight (Denise) James of Oceanside, CA, and Eric (Margaret) James of North Little Rock; Two sisters, Mary Lou King of North Little Rock, and Dorothy King of Leavenworth, KS; 18 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11 am Saturday, May 26, 2012 at St. Stephens Baptist Church, 902 E. Street, North Little Rock, AR. Visitation 6-8 pm Friday at Scope Ministries Christian Fellowship, 9400 Hilaro Springs Rd, Little Rock, AR. Interment Arkansas Memorial Gardens, Jacksonville, AR. Arrangements entrusted to Larry G.
