Mr. Leroy McNeal, Jr., 65, of Conway, AR departed this life on Sunday, June 19, 2022. He was born July 5,1 956 in St. Louis, MO to Eunisteen Anderson McNeal and the late Leroy McNeal, Sr.
Mr. McNeal resided in Conway, AR for 18 years. He lived in Flint, Michigan for 47 years where he joined El Bethel Evangelistic Missionary Baptist Church. He was baptized at a young age.
Leroy was a graduate of Northwestern High School in Flint, MI and was employed at Valley Plating Works for 16 years in Conway, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his son, Leroy Thomas McNeal; his father, Leroy McNeal, Sr. and his grandparents
He enjoyed fishing, listening to the blues, dancing and laughing with family.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Eunisteen McNeal; his partner and love of his life for 18 years, Dorothy Jo Flowers of Conway, AR; three daughters, Tishyca McNeal of Arizona, Le’Roya McNeal of Atlanta and LaTisha McNeal of Flint; his puppy companion, Missy; two step-children, Fredrick and Aron Collins; 6 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Diane Nelson, Chicago; four brothers, Larry, Leonard, Michael and Lonnie McNeal, Sr. (Angie); two aunts, Jearlean Johnson of Sacramento, CA and Louie J. Ford of Kansas City, KS; four uncles, Henry Anderson of Alta Loma, CA, Tommy Anderson of Pacomia, CA, Charles Anderson of Pasadena, CA and Howard Anderson of Blythe, CA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 pm, Friday, July 8, 2022,at Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd. Interment Flint Memorial Park, G-9506 N. Dort Hwy., Mt. Morris, MI. Visitation will be 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home.
