Obituary for Launa Anne Pierce
Ms. Launa Anne Pierce, 65, of Morrilton, Arkansas died Sunday, May 14, 2023 at Conway Regional Medical Center in Conway, AR. She was born October 7, 1957 in Del Rio, Texas to Eva Oakley and Charles E. Pierce.
Launa was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. She enjoyed shopping trips and spending time with all the babies. In her younger years, you would find her with her nieces and nephews spending time and babysitting when needed!
She is preceded in death by her parents; four brothers Allen, John, Doug and Wayne Pierce; two sisters Phyllis Smith and Jackie Zonell Pierce and two brother in laws, Marvin "Jodie" Honeycutt and Sonny James.
She is survived by three sisters Serena Honeycutt of Scotland, AR; Terrie (Berry) Williams of Fort Worth, TX and Rowena James of Benton, AR; two brothers David Pierce of Azle, TX and Carl (Connie) Pierce of Salem, AR and numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life service will be held 12:00 pm, Friday, May 19, 2023 at Scotland Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church, 1496 Scotland Formosa Road in Scotland, AR. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service (11:00 am). Interment Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Scotland, AR.
