Obituary for Kenneth Ervin Byers
Mr. Kenneth Ervin Byers, 52, of Cleveland, AR departed this life March 7, 2012 in Little Rock. He was born June 28, 1959 to the late Jewel Canady Byers and Ervin Byers in Cleveland, AR. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
He attended Moores Chapel AME Zion Church. He graduated from Wonderview High School. He served several years in the US Army. He was a certified mechanic.
He leaves to cherish his memory, two sons, Kenneth Courtney Byers of Spartanburg, S.C., Geovontae Ray Ervin Byers of Cleveland, AR; two daughters, Chrisshawna Marie Byers and Carrie Nicole Byers of Spartanburg, SC; one grandson, Jamar Hakeem Dawkins of Spartanburg, SC; three brothers, Lee Marvin (Theresa) Byers of Cleveland, AR, Lynn Byers of Dardanelle, AR, and Lauriel Dwayne (Dovetta)Â Byers of Little Rock, AR; one sister, Zella A. Davis of Morrilton, ARÂ and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11 am Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Moore’s Chapel AME Zion Church, 3654 Hwy 95 North, Cleveland, AR. Visitation 3-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
