Obituary for Julius Pierce
Mr. Julius Pierce, 92 of Conway, AR departed this life Tuesday, April 2, 2013. Â He was born to the late Henry Pierce and Naomi Adams Pierce in Mississippi (Lincoln County).
Mr. Pierce was retired from Virco Mfg Corporation as a Tool & Die Specialist. Â He was a World War II Veteran of the United States Army and a longtime member of the Greater Pleasant Branch Baptist Church.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 60 years, Earnestine Pierce of Conway, AR; seven daughters, Lena (Thomas) Odum, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; Diane Gatewood, Regina Kellybrew and Marcia Pierce all of Conway, AR; Deborah Ricks of Chicago, IL; Renee Fuller, Denver, CO; Marion Evans (Rev. John C. Evans, Jr) Jackson, MS; Six Brothers, Claude (Mary) Pierce of Cleveland, OH; James (Francisca) Pierce, Sam (Zenaida) of Conway; Colon (Elmira) Pierce of Morrilton; Carl (Karen) Pierce of Springfield, AR; Oscar (Jessie) Pierce of Mayflower, AR. and One sister, Marie Scott of Detroit, MI; 21 Grandchildren, 26 Great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Wednesday April 10, 2013 at Greater Pleasant Branch Baptist Church, 601 Spruce Street in Conway.  Family visitation 6-7 pm Tuesday April 9, 2013 at the funeral home.
