Mrs. Judith Ann Gowen, 71, of Clarksville, AR departed this life on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. She was born June 19, 1951 in Springfield, IL to the late Frances and Goldie Collins.
She is survived by one daughter Kathy Star of Conway, AR; one son John Gowen of Russellville, AR; one sister Kim Cagel of Clarksville, AR; four grandchildren; one great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Private memorial services will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2022.
