Obituary for Judge Nathaniel Evans, Jr.
Mr. Judge Nathaniel Evans, Jr, 58, of Little Rock, departed this life March 30, 2012. He was born on June 29, 1953 in Bigelow, Ar to Judge Evans I and the late Katie Bell Harpole Evans.
He served in the US Marine Corps and was an Educator.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Evans of Little Rock; Two daughters, LaTonya Brooks of Little Rock and Kimberly Evans of Germany; Four Sons, Jeffrey Williams of Perry, GA, Judge Evans III of Houston, TX, Jacob Evans of Morrilton, AR and Regis Evans of Conway; father, Judge Evans I of Bigelow; Four brothers, Earl Evans and Charles Evans, both of Conway, AR; Norman Evans and Kevin Evans, both of Bigelow; Six sisters, Carolyn Davie of Bigelow, Katie Ann Evans of Fayetteville, Sandra Chandler, Angela Evans, Retta Miller, and Clementine Garrett, all of Conway and 16 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Friday, April 6, 2012 at Longley Baptist Church, 9900 Geyer Springs Road, Little Rock. Visitation 6-7 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Interment 12 noon at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, North Little Rock. Arrangements entrusted to Larry G.
