Juanita M. Fern, of Conway, departed this life February 21, 2010. Juanita was born February 12, 1942 to Josephine and Fred Fern at Dr. Bartells' Hospital in Dallas, Oregon. Juanita went to school in Bridgeport, Oregon. She was preceded in death by her father and mother.
Juanita leaves behind a daughter and 5 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and numerous cousins and friends.
Juanita's grandfather was Henry Fern an early 1900's settler of Polk County. Juanita enjoyed playing shuffleboard, bingo, pool, stamping and computer games. She was an avid lover of Elvis Presley.
She also left behind special friends Jo Morrison of Conway, Arkansas, and Shondi and Josh Morrison of Warner Robins, Georgia. Michael Combs of Wichita, Kansas and Phil Morrison of Conway, Arkansas. Juanita was a lover of pets especially cats and dogs. Juanita lived in Cheyenne, Wyoming before moving to Conway, Arkansas in 2008.
