Obituary for Joyce Marie Lee
Joyce Marie Brown-Lee, 63, of Eudora, Arkansas departed this life Friday October 22, 2010. She was born to Annie Mae Brown-Harris on December 20, 1946 in Eudora, AR. Joyce attended East High School where she graduated in May 1966. Joyce confessed Christ at an early age and joined the Old Shiloh #1 M.B. Church, under the leadership of Rev. E.L. Carter. Later in life she joined the Spirtual Rock #2 M.B. Church, under the leadership of Rev. Johnathan P. Vanellis.
She married Samuel L. Lee in 1971. She was employed with Curtis Candy Company for over 20 years.
Joyce leaves behind her mother, Annie Mae Harris; five sisters, Juanita Hennington of San Francisco, CA, Ester Crockett of Pine Bluff, AR, Jurll Harris and Millia Harris Robertson, both of Conway, AR and Mary (Harold) Jones of Eudora, AR; five brothers, Jimmy (Cynthia) Harris, Clint (Lillie) Harris, Charles Harris, all of Eudora, AR, Vincent Jones of Little Rock, AR, Cleven Harris of Conway, AR; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral Services 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Minister Institute Building in Eudora, AR. Burial Hill Cemetery. Local Arrangements entrusted to Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, Conway. "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED..... WE CARE".
