Obituary for JoAnn Spears
Mrs. JoAnn Watson Spears, 71, of Conway, AR departed this life on Thursday, January 16, 2020. She was born on December 20, 1948 in Farmersville, LA to the late Joe Willie Watson and Mae Lee Ellis.
She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter Tonia Coleman, son Eric Coleman, uncle Sam Watson, sister-in-law Ms. Burts, brother Sammie Watson and sister Linda Watson.
She retired from Tyson Foods in Pine Bluff, AR after 21 years of service.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Douglas Spears of Conway, AR; one daughter Tina Coleman and son Wesley Coleman, Jr, both of Pine Bluff, AR; many grandchildren, one great granddaughter; seven sisters Angela Ellis, Gwen Pickney, Louise Walker, Mary Roberts, Mayola Heard, Vickie Watson and Ada Watson; six brothers Ernest Watson, Joe Watson, Jr., Eddie Watson, A.B. Watson, Lavelle Watson and Willie Watson; close family friends Lucille Antwine, Brenda Ricks, Alice Heard, Angel Tillman, and Shirley Rice.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Eastside Church of Christ, 1540 Oak Street, Conway, AR. Visitation 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday, January 24, 2020 at the funeral home. Interment Robinson Cemetery in Conway, AR.
