Mr. Jesse Scales, 69, of Conway, Ar departed this life Thursday, November 21, 2019. He was born October 21, 1950 in Lake Village, AR to the late Fred Scales and Ollie V. McQuay-Fowler.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers James Scales and Fred Scales.
He is survived by three sons, Corey Scales, Jesse R. Scales, Jr. and Daniel Scales; one sister Thomesa Scales Campbell and a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
