Mr. Jeffrey R. Stokes, 51, of Conway, Ar departed this life Sunday, January 18, 2015. He was born on October 9, 1963 to Gloria (McGowan) Green and the late Gerald Johnson in Chicago, IL. He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald Johnson and his sister, Michelle Stokes.
He was a CNA for several years.
Jeffrey is survived by three sons, Jeffrey R. Stokes, Jr. (Jana) of Atlanta, GA; Jeremiah L. Stokes of Conway, Ar and Gerald Stokes of Muskegon, MI; one daughter, Shakira M. Stokes of Conway, AR; mother, Gloria Green of Chicago, IL; two sisters, Carolyn Stokes and Lynette Stokes, both of Chicago, IL; two brothers, William Stokes, Jr. and Gerald Johnson, both of Chicago, IL; four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
