Obituary for Jeanene Grant
Ms. Jeanene Grant, 41, of Denver, CO, was born on April 10, 1975 to her loving parents Horace Grant, Sr. and Wanda Grant Nelson.
She is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Iriene and Rosie Lee Grant of Ruston, LA; maternal grandparents Walter Nelson, Sr. and Nita Jean Nelson of Little Rock, AR. Â
Jeanene joined Holy Cross Baptist Church at an early age. She graduated from Parkview Magnet High School, Class of 1993 and continued her education at Grambling State University.Â
She is survived by her father, Horace Grant, Sr. (Inglewood, CA); mother Wanda Grant Nelson (Little Rock, AR); daughter Kalia’ Prewitt (Little Rock, AR); one brother, Horace Grant, Jr. (North Little Rock, AR); two sisters Nicole Grant (Gardena, CA) and Bernita Pearson (Lewisville, TX) and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held 10:00 am, Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Holy Cross Baptist Church, 4800 W. 12th Street, Little Rock, AR. Interment Mtn Grove Cemetery, Greenbrier, AR.Â
