Mr. James Fells, 70, of Conway, AR departed this life on Thursday, September 26, 2024. He was born October 16, 1953 in Dumas, AR to the late Jimmy and Mollie (Rochell) Fells.
He is preceded in death by his parents and three sisters Betty Fells, Jannett Fells-Lewis and Mae Helen Fells-Dodds.
On Saturday, October 28, 1989, James united in holy matrimony with the love of his life, Carolyn Harrell. With this union two children were born. James leaves to cherish his memory his amazing wife, Carolyn Fells; two sons Roderick (Sacha) Fells of Alexander, AR and Deondrick (Breonna) of Conway, AR; six grandchildren Constance, Malachi, DeAsia, Zachary, Bryson and Chandler; one great grandchild, Oaklynn.
James also leaves behind four brothers Fred Fells of Milwaukee, WI; LeVell Fells and Leonard Fells, both of Pine Bluff, AR and Tommy (Lisa) Fells of Murfreesboro, TN and four sisters Marsha Huskey of Texarkana, TX; JoAnn (Fred) Daniels of Monticello, AR; Angela Fells of Murfreesboro, TN and Shawn Fells of Conway, AR.
Visitation 1:00 pm - 6;00 pm, Friday, October 4, 2024 at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Lincoln Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Varner, AR (Lincoln County).
