Obituary for Irene Dawson-Jackson
Mrs. Irene Dawson Jackson, 83, of Conway, Ar, departed this life Tuesday, January 14, 2014. She was born to the late Isaish and Neice (Warren) Dawson in North Little Rock, Ar (Marche community) on November 11, 1930. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Fred Jackson, Jr. and one son, Homer Lee Jackson.Â
She worked at American Transportation for 21 years and was a faithful member of the Marche Church of Christ until her death.
She had a beautiful smile and she never met a stranger. Every time you saw her she was smiling.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Ann Jackson and Lacie Marie Jackson; three sons, David Allen (Rachel) Jackson, Danny Carl (Glenda) Jackson, and Randy (Michelle) Jackson; one brother, James (Ozella) Dawson; two sisters, Maxine Armstrong and Hazel Barker; brother-in-law Frank Jackson; grandchildren Ayana, Jasmine, Shanise and Jaren.
Funeral services will be held 11 am Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Marche Church of Christ, 14407 Old Maumelle Road, North Little Rock, AR. Visitation 5-7 pm Monday, January 20, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment Ray Cemetery.Â
