Mrs. Geraldine White Parks, 80, of St. Louis, MO departed this life on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at Delmar Garden of Creve Coeur in St. Louis, MO.
She was born January 21, 1940 in Morrilton, AR to the late Ollie J. White and Quincy Robinson White.
She professed a hope in Christ at an early age at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. She graduated from Sullivan High School in 1957. She was well known by “Gert” in Plumerville.
She is preceded in death by two brothers Stacey Lee White and John H. White and two sisters Ruby L. White and Pauline White Wolfe.
She is survived by her three brothers Eugene White, Charles (Epp) White and Ollie White, Jr.; seven nieces Pamela Washington of Morrilton, AR; Cassandra White of Plumerville, AR; Tracy (Clay) Parks of Conway, AR; Tiffany White of Morrilton, AR; Kenya White of Cleveland, OH; Regina White (Jeffery) Proby of Summerville, SC and Kim Parks-Bowers of St. Louis, MO; four nephews Kenneth White, Patrick (Joyce) Wolfe, Trenton White of Plumerville, AR and Julius White of Cleveland, OH and a host of great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Owens Cemetery in Plumerville, AR. Visitation 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Friday, March 27, 2020 at the funeral home.
