Obituary for Fredrick Hayden Simpson
On January 20, 2021 our Lord and Savior reached down from Heaven to put His loving arms around our precious Hayden Simpson. He was born to Wesley and Mary Simpson on November 9, 2002 in Madisonville, Kentucky.
Hayden was a Senior at Greenbrier High School who was full of life and dearly loved his family and friends. He started playing football at Greenbrier in the 4th grade. He was always cheering on his favorite football team, the Seattle Seahawks. His favorite hobbies included football, hunting, drawing, weightlifting, listening to music, and being outdoors. He has been hunting with his dad and brothers since he was 6 years old. His favorite games to play with his family were various card games, board games, darts, frisbee, and pool basketball.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Fredrick Eugene Simpson (Conway) and his grandmother, Rebecca Elizabeth Jarvis (Kentucky).
He is survived by Wesley Burr Simpson (Father), Mary Ellen Simpson (Mother), Connie “Meemaw” Simpson (Grandmother), Richard “Dickie” Sloan (Grandfather). He is also survived by siblings Weston Simpson (Gabby), Allie Simpson Kline (Jordan), Jacob Sloan (Faith), Dylan Leet (Anna Sophia) and Marcus Simpson and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, and nephew.
Walk-Through Visitation will be held 10:00 am - 1:00 pm, Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Panther Pavilion (Basketball Arena), 72 Green Valley Drive, Greenbrier, AR followed by a Celebration of Life service beginning at 1:00 pm. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway, AR.
Pallbearers are ALL of Hayden’s Brothers: Weston Simpson, Jacob Sloan, Dylan Leet, Marcus Simpson, Brandon Beck, Griffin Barnett, and Garrin Barnett.
In lieu of flowers, a fund at Greenbrier High School has been set up for Suicide Prevention. Contributions can be sent to: GHS Hayden Simpson Fund 72 Green Valley Drive, Greenbrier, AR 72058.
