Obituary for Frankie D. Sullivan
Mr. Frankie D. Sullivan, 84, of Menifee, AR departed this life on Saturday, February 25, 2023. He was born September 18, 1938 in Morrilton, AR. He was the first born of Lucious W. Sullivan and Emma Smith Sullivan. Frankie grew up in Menifee, AR, where he attended CCTS, later known as Eastside High School. He joined Philadelphia Baptist Church at an early age.
Once he graduated from high school, Frank moved to Denver, Colorado where he worked as a crane operator and later as a hospital maintenance worker. He retired and moved back to Menifee, AR in 2004. In 2009, Frank married Louise West.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Louise West Sullivan; father Lucious W. Sullivan; mother Emma Smith Sullivan; sisters Darlene Sullivan Lasker, Rosemary Sullivan Plummer; and brothers Gary Sullivan and James E. Sullivan.
Frank leaves to cherish his memories his brothers Carl (Verna) Sullivan of Little Rock, AR and Lebradley Sullivan of Tacoma, WA; sisters Virginia Delph of Frisco, TX; Ruby (Burnell) Canady of Conway, AR; Sharon K. Sullivan of Conway, AR; Mable Louise (Terry) Williams of Little Rock, AR and Elaine Sullivan of Plumerville, AR and a host of nephews, nieces, close relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church, 3849 Hwy 64, Menifee, AR. Interment will follow at Menifee Community Cemetery in Menifee, AR. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service on Saturday.
