Obituary for Floretta McDaniels Grant
Mrs. Floretta McDaniel Grant, 72, of North Little Rock, AR departed this life on Friday, December 4, 2020. She was born on June 17, 1948 in Arkansas City, AR to the late R.L. and Annie Mae (Stevenson) McDaniel, Sr.
She was a devoted worker of St. Joseph Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She loved fishing, playing spades and dominoes.
She is survived by a stepdaughter Melissa “Missy” Grant of Hot Springs, AR; Six sisters Sadie McDaniels (Wood) Lewis of NLR, Robin McDaniels-Hill, Tammie McDaniels and Tasha McDaniels, all of St. Louis, MO; Mary McDaniels of Tampa, FL and Marilynn McDaniels of Louisiana; Four brothers James (Hallance) McDaniels of St. Louis, MO; R.L. McDaniels, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL; Willie (Gloria) McDaniels of NLR and James Patterson of Texas; her favorite niece Rita McDaniels kept her smiling with dancing and exercise; her nephews Marcus and Edward also kept her going with a beautiful smile. She also will be cherished by a host of other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, Sunday, December 13, 2020 at the funeral home.
