Obituary for Evelyn Phillips
Our beloved Evelyn Jean Jones Phillips, 65 of Damascus, Arkansas departed this life December 27, 2010.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Lynch and her brother, Benjamin Banaszak both of North Little Rock.
She leaves to cherish her memory her Sons, Leo Chwalinski and wife Sherry of Houston, AR; Louis Hoover and his wife Monique of Damascus, AR; John Mercer of Houston, AR; and daughter, Kelli Chestnut and her husband Ethan of Houston, TX; Step-father, Edmund Banaszak of North Little Rock and sister, Sally Thibadeaux and husband Richard of Beaubridge, LA; She will be missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family will be holding a private memorial.
