Obituary for Eric L. Bell
Mr. Eric L. Bell, 51, of Conway, AR departed this life on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. He was born on September 24, 1970 in Little Rock, AR to Earl and Juanita Bell.
As an ambitious young man, he joined the U. S. Navy for an opportunity to see the world. He could identify with any city he resided in, as if he had lived there his entire life. Across two tours of duty, he defended our Country’s honor including serving in Desert Storm. He met the love of his life over 30 years ago. Together he and Tanisha raised four beautiful children. Brandion, Keortany, Jordan and Baileigh were the apple of his eye and everything he lived for.
Eric was a calm spirit who would do almost anything for others. He was a constant cheerleader and would always encourage you to “just try”. He offered inspiration to give our best… to each other and ourselves. He stayed focused and positive even throughout his darkest moments. He never lost hope. After he left the hospital, anyone came in contact with him was fascinated with him. He was determined to make it. He didn’t just think it, he lived it.
He leaves to cherish his memories: His parents, Juanita and Earl Bell of Conway, AR; two siblings, Montina Bell of Sherwood, AR, Darneshia (Orlando) Allen Sr. of Benton, AR; His precious wife Tanisha Pettus-Bell and four children; Brandion Bell, Keortany Smith, Jordan Lott and Baileigh Bell, all of Little Rock, AR, along with the latest arrival of his first grandson, Heirson James Allmon whom he adored and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 am, Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 38 Hill Loop, Houston, AR. Visitation 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at the funeral home. Interment 1:00 pm, Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at AR State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 W.
