Obituary for Earl Hammonds
Mr. Earl Hammonds, 77, of Little Rock, AR departed this life on February 24, 2013. He was born in Scott, AR to the late James and Mattie Thomas Hammonds on September 13, 1935.
He was a member of Mt. Carmel Pentecostal Church in Little Rock, AR.Â
He is survived by his wife, Mae Helen Cook Hammonds of Little Rock, AR; four sons, Everette Hammonds of Little Rock, AR, Aumbray Hammonds of Lonoke, AR, Jermaine Jackson of Shaw, MS and Bryan Hammonds of Little Rock, AR; two daughters, Shuna Hammonds Thomas of Little Rock, AR and Valerie Hammonds of East Orange, NJ; one brother, Eugene Hammonds of Little Rock, AR; two sisters, Leatha Tillman and Paytura Bradley, both of Little Rock, AR; Nine grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 12 noon Saturday, March 2, 2013 at St. Mark Baptist Church, 5722 W. 12th Street, Little Rock, AR. Visitation 6-7 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment Rest in Peace Memorial Gardens, Hensley, AR.Â
