Obituary for Daisy Ella Mason
Mrs. Daisy Ella Bedford Mason, born May 9, 1938 in Mount Vernon, Arkansas to the late Cleveland Bedford and Louise Hardin Bedford, departed this life on Saturday, June 4, 2022.
Daisy worked many years as a customer service clerk at Conway’s Fred’s Store, best known for her signature salutation “Have a blessed day!” She was a longtime member of United Missionary Baptist Church where she served faithfully until her health declined.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 65 years, Henry L. Mason; two sons, Henry Mason Jr. (Wilma) and Tommy Mason, Sr. of Conway; five grandchildren, Nasha Scott, Lorie Mason Jordan (AJ), Tommy Mason Jr., Brandy Mason, and Imani Watson; five great-grand children; two sisters, Lurlene Funnell.and Carolyn McCray of Conway, Arkansas; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Public Visitation 1p.m - 4p.m. at Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home in Conway, AR.
Family Hour & Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 10, 2022 from 6-8 pm at United Missionary Baptist Church, 139 Old Military Rd., Conway, AR. Private Interment to be held at Dukes Cemetery in Conway, AR.
