Obituary for Columbus E. Mattison, Sr.
Columbus E. Mattison, Sr. , 80 ,of Conway departed this life October 1, 2010.  He was born to the late Teadie R. Stephens Mattison and William Mattision. He was a trustee of Greater Pleasant Branch Baptist Church. 
Survivors include his wife, Lenora Mattison of Conway, Ar; three sons, Alvin Givan, Columbus Mattison, Jr. and Dennis Mattison, all of Conway, AR; four daughters, Brenda Mattision of Los Angeles, CA, Mona Mattison Jones, Paulette Mattison, and Debra K. Mattison, all of Conway, AR; Four sisters, Bernice Wesley of Phoenix, AZ, Lenora Cowan of Galesburg, IL, Elnora Cowan of Moreno Valley, CA, and Melveta Richards of Beaumont, CA; 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
Funeral services, 1 p.m. Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Greater Pleasant Branch Baptist Church. Visitations Friday, October 8, 2010 from 1-6 p.m. Interment Robinson Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Larry G. Acklin Funeral Home, Conway.  "IN YOUR TIME OF NEED...... WE CARE".
