Obituary for Clifton T Ealy
Mr. Clifton T. Ealy, 76, of Conway, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012. He was the third child of the late Taft, Sr. and Hester Thompson Ealy. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Hubert Ealy and Calvin Ealy.
Clifton was married to Maeetta Ealy for 54 years. Clifton professed a hope in Christ at an early age with the Solomon Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
He also attended the Pine Street School in Conway. In his early years he enjoyed fishing and watching his children play sports.
He leaves to cherish his precious memory, his wife, Maeetta Ealy; Three daughters, Diann Hill of Atlanta, GA, Laura Ealy of Conway and Carolyn (Ricky) Donnerson of Maumelle; Five sons, Gary Warren of Wichita, Kansas, Dwayne (Melissa) Ealy and Victor Ealy, both of Texas; Clifton J. (Gloria) Ealy of Mississippi and Mark Ealy of Conway; Thirteen grandchildren, Five great grandchildren; Nine Brothers, Howard Ealy, Billy “LC” Ealy, Ralph Ealy, Dennis Ealy and William T. Ealy, all of Twin Groves; Kapolean Ealy of Greenbrier, Woodrow Ealy and Taft Ealy, Jr. all of Conway and Bobby “TL” Ealy of Shawnee, OK; Three sisters, Verlean Fields, Almenta Blackwell and Nadean Guiden, all of Twin Groves, Ar.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, 53 Pilgrim Rest Road, Greenbrier, AR. Visitation 6-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment Pilgrim Rest Cemetery.
